The spectacular Atrium is the ideal place to meet and unwind.  Flooded with natural daylight from the 7 storey high glass roof, The Atrium has the feel of an outdoor café with all the privacy and calm of your own secluded courtyard.

Each apartment is slightly different due to the complexity of dealing with an old structure and a heritage listed facade of a classic Sir Edwin Lutyens building. This project required a large dedicated team to work with a demanding client and an even more demanding building. I was involved in the initial bid strategy which involved working with renowned interior designer Anoushka Hempel on the layouts and concept for the apartments and amenity.

The largest apartment is 450 sqm and has views across Hyde Park and 5 double bedrooms with ensuites and several living areas including a baby grand piano
